Frank McCourt leaped to fame relatively late in life with his Pulitzer Prize winning memoir, "Angela's Ashes",which was later made into a movie.  A Couple of Blaguards, written by Frank and his brother Malachy, recalls their story of growing up in wretched poverty in Ireland while poking fun at it with a time-honored mix of Irish wit and slashing satire.

You don't have to be Irish to relate to this irreverent comedy about family featuring tour de force performances by film and stage actors Alan Austin as Frank and Tom Koelbel as Malachy!
